Payments made for services on Winfast Legal cover coordination efforts, expert allocation, workflow setup, and professional time. Therefore, once a service is initiated — including consultation booking, document sharing, or review — fees become non-refundable. Refunds are not provided due to change of mind or delays in user response during the service process.

In certain exceptional scenarios such as duplicate payment processing or unavailability of an assigned expert, a refund may be processed after verification by our billing team. Any government fees, statutory payments, stamp duty, or external charges involved in legal processes are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Legal service timelines are dependent on multiple outside authorities such as courts, registrars, tax departments, and government offices. Winfast Legal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or by clients failing to provide required details, documents, or approvals on time. When such delays occur, service validity continues without refund eligibility.

Our platform ensures continuous coordination and ongoing support until the service commitments are fulfilled within the agreed scope of work.
